Carolyn King has been a resident of Bend since 2005, and a marketing designer since the early 80s. Looking to pursue a “new chapter in life”; Carolyn decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2007. Her love of the outdoors and the beauty of Bend provided the perfect back drop for her new career! Partnering with her husband Ed in their own design firm; has enabled Carolyn to know and identify from a design standpoint the unique neighborhoods that will fit a specific look and style for buyers. Her clients will benefit from her “outside of the box” style of thinking, as well as her innate creativity and refreshing energy. These characteristics give Carolyn the ability to find solutions to whatever challenges her clients may encounter during the process of buying or selling a home. |

One of Carolyn’s best qualities is her ability to listen. Carolyn’s vast knowledge of Central Oregon’s outdoor activities enable her to assist clients who are relocating to the area. Her hobbies include road and mountain biking, Nordic skiing, canoeing and trail running…for those clients who seek the less active lifestyle that Central Oregon offers; Carolyn is equally happy enjoying the charming boutiques of Downtown Bend or sipping coffee from one of the many local coffee houses in the area.
